On October 18, the Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) Board of Trustees honored Edison High School (EHS) student, Finn Ryder, for his community service efforts over the summer. Through his program, Swimming for School Supplies, Finn taught young children how to swim in his family’s pool in order to raise $4,500 to purchase school supplies with for needy students.
