All week, Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) educators have had the opportunity to participate in the OC STEM program, STEM Learning Ecosystem: Leadership for Articulated STEM Programs Institute. Partnership with U.S. Department of Education provides openly licensed educational resources

The Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) is excited to begin a special partnership with the U.S. Department of Education to join their #GoOpen initiative as a #GoOpen Launch District. This initiative encourages states, school districts, and educators to use openly licensed educational materials to transform teaching and learning. As a #GoOpen launch district, HBUHSD is committing to transition to using open educational resources in their 9th grade English Language Arts and Algebra 1 classes starting with the 2016-17 school year. Huntington Beach Union High School District Board of Trustees names Dr. Alan Rasmussen as Interim Superintendent

The Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Dr. Alan Rasmussen has been selected as the Interim Superintendent of Schools.
