At the beginning of the month, it was announced that Fountain Valley High School (FVHS) seniors, Leah Phillips and Justin Nguyen, took second place (High School – West Division) in the 2016 C-SPAN StudentCam video contest. After months of planning, researching, filming, and editing, their hard work paid off in the form of a $1,500 scholarship from C-SPAN.
