On Friday, December 9, The Orange County Register published “The Orange County Register Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in Orange County.  The Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) has been named to the list at rank number four in the large companies (500+ employees) category. On December 1, Board of Trustees member, Susan Henry, was sworn in as the California School Board Association’s (CSBA) new President.  Trustee Henry is the first Board member in the district’s history to hold this position.  This ceremony took place at CSBA’s Annual Education Conference in San Francisco.
