The Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) held its annual College and Career Night on November 8 with over 120 college, career, trade and military representatives present. Students, along with their parents, filed into the Fountain Valley High School (FVHS) gymnasium and cafeteria with hopes of clarity about their future.

Colorful booths overflowed the rooms as representatives eagerly awaited to assist and answer questions. Booths were advertised with signs, merchandise swag and candy. After speaking with representatives and gathering information, students and parents headed over to the breakout sessions to learn about important topics such as National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Eligibility, Financial Aid, How to Transfer from a Community College, Special Education College Support and more.

The night ended with students and parents enjoying delicious treats from food trucks while grooving to sounds by a DJ.
